GINGER LIME SWITCHEL
with maple syrup
Ingredients:
5" piece fresh ginger
½ cup apple cider vinegar (Bragg Organic Apple Cider Vinegar is preferable)
2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
1 tablespoon fresh lime or lemon juice
4 cups water **
Handful of fresh mint sprigs
1 cup of ice
Method
Juice the ginger or chop it very fine and pass through a sieve.
In a large pitcher add ice, ginger, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, lime juice and mint and stir.
Leave in the fridge too cool until you are ready to drink.
Pour ¼ of the tonic into a glass and top with a cup of water.
Enjoy!
** You can use soda instead of water and or a dash of rum to twist the tonic into a cocktail
