This is my new favourite mocktail for the summer and I can not be more excited about it. This drink is all about enjoying a sip and having your nutrients to! Containing only 3 ingredients to help you beat the heat.

E3 Live is a blue-green algae that is high in protein B Vitamins, iron and chlorophyll. This brightly coloured blue superfood is beneficial for the production of energy in the body, brain function, amino acid absorption (building muscle) and supporting detoxification.

Sap Sucker is an Ontario made carbonated maple water beverage. Maple water is filtered sap straight from the maple tree before it is boiled down to make maple syrup. It is packed full of antioxidants, electrolytes, calcium and magnesium.

Feel free to add 1 oz of Gin or Rum to your glass make this a summer cocktail!
