CACAO MINT SMOOTHIE BOWL
TOPPED WITH GRANOLA AND BLUEBERRIES
Calling all chocolate mint lovers!! This quick and easy smoothie bowl packs a lot of flavour and a lot of antioxidants.
Benefits
Mint (Mentha arvensis) is high in salicylic acid, Vitamin C, manganese, potassium, antioxidants and many phytonutrients. It is beneficial for mouth sores or toothaches, intestinal pain, IBS, motion sickness, inflammation, immune system and so much more!

Blueberries contain one of the highest levels of antioxidants in fruit. They are also high in fibre, vitamin C, potassium and manganese. Blueberries can help with detoxification, reduce cholesterol and blood pressure and rid your body of free radicals.
Cacao Nibs (Theobroma cacao) are roasted small pieces of the cacao bean. They are loaded with phytonutrients, antioxidants, iron, magnesium, zinc and copper.

Cacao Mint Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 cup fresh mint
- 1/2 tsp spirulina
- 1 tbsp cacao nibs
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup granola
Instructions
- In a high speed blender, add the banana, blueberries, almond milk, spirulina and mint. Blend until creamy
- Add the cacao nibs and pulse gently just until the nibs are mixed in
- Pour into a bowl and top with blueberries and your favourite granola
- Enjoy!
