If you love chocolate and mint then this smoothie bowl is for you!
This bowl is easy and quick to put together, the key is to have all of the ingredients ready ahead of time.
Ingredients
Smoothie
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 cup fresh mint
- 1/2 tsp spirulina
- 1 tbsp cacao nibs
Topping
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup granola
Instructions
Putting it all together
- In a high speed blender, add the banana, blueberries, almond milk, spirulina and mint. Blend until creamy
- Add the cacao nibs and pulse gently just until the nibs are mixed in
- Pour into a bowl and top with blueberries and your favourite granola
- Enjoy!
