Roasted Garlic
Ingredients
- 6-9 garlic bulbs
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Heat the oven to 400°F
- Trim the tops off all the garlic bulbs
- Add all the bulbs to a parchment lined bake sheet
- drizzle olive oil over top
- Cover the top with tin foil
- Bake for 45 minute or until golden brown
- Let cool
- Once the garlic is room temperature, you can squeeze out the cloves into a mason jar
- Store in a fridge for up to 2 weeks
